Parking management

Parking Expert is an efficient car park management solution covering all operations, with a high focus on quality and security. It incorporates access control and information for town, railway station and airport car-park users

The solution gathers car park data in real-time and generates data flows. These can then be used to feed business applications such as ERP, CRM and BI.

It features the following:

• Full-scale integration with existing information systems (towns, stations, airports, etc.)
• Heterogeneous and complex car-park management with different equipment suppliers and statistics production
• A full set of functions (equipment monitoring, equipment control, customer management, billing, user/operator information).

In France, Parking Expert formed the basis of a management and control system developed for 7 park-and-ride car parks in Toulouse. This fully digital solution for the Toulouse A Line underground park-and-ride system included the following:

• Full equipment supervision (entry-exit barriers, ticket readers, emergency interphones, video-surveillance cameras, audio message broadcasting systems, etc.)
• Ticketing management, as the underground ticket is also the ticket used for exiting the car park
• Multimedia data processing (sound, video, data), command control management and incident follow-up (video archiving)
• Automatic broadcast of information via different media (15 variable message signs with information on space availability, GSM data messages, etc.)
• Dashboard and status/statistical information.
