2011:

• Steria Recruitment were winners of the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2011 - Best Small Recruitment Company to Work For
 

2010:

• NHS Shared Business Services named UK Central Government Supplier of the Year. - NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is a unique joint venture between the Department of Health and Steria, NHS SBS was established in 2005 to help NHS Trusts streamline back-office functions and deliver greater operational efficiency, thus enabling key staff to focus on frontline care.  
• Steria awarded the "2010 Employee Shareholding Grand Prix" by the French Federation of Employee Shareholders and Former Employees (FAS).
• Best Supplier Challenge Award at SFR for Innovation, Customer Satisfaction and Sustainable Development.
• Carbon Disclosure Project 2010 gives Steria Performance rating of 'A' and disclosure score of 89%, the only organisation in our market sector to receive an 'A' rating.
 

2009:

• Steria received the ’business process outsourcing (BPO) Project of the Year‘ award from Britain's National Outsourcing Association (NOA) for the services provided to the UK Ministry of Health, through the joint venture NHS Shared Business Services.  
                                                      
• Nelson Hall (in its BPO market assessment, 2009-2013) ranked Steria n^o1 on the European BPO purchase-to-pay market (accounts payable) and n^o3 in multi-process BPO finance and accounting(F&A). 
   
• Steria was awarded the Best Social Responsibility Policy Prize awarded by the NASSCOM foundation and the Mumbai Stock Exchange in India.
 

2008:

• Steria was awarded the 2008 Employee Shareholding Grand Prix in the SBF 250 category‘ for its innovative policy of employee shareholding and the ’Special Prize for the Best Improvement‘ for its actions carried out for two years to increase employee shareholding among its employees.
  
• Steria was awarded the Social and Corporate Governance awards by the Mumbai Stock Exchange for its educational programme aimed at disadvantaged people in India.                                                      
 

2007:

• Steria Recruitment were winners of the APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies) IT and Telecoms Staffing Company of the Year Award
 

2006:

• Steria won the ’Mobility Solutions, New Technology Solutions‘ award for Orange Business Services/Syntec Informatique Trophées de  l'Innovation.
• Steria was named best NICT employer in Scandinavia.
