Employee shareholding
A cornerstone to our independence
As well as holding 21% of Steria’s capital, our employees also have a significant say in the organisation’s direction through our unique governance model, which gives them representation at the highest level.
The fact that employees hold such a high percentage of Steria’s capital is a result of our employee shareholding programme. We aim to make employee shareholding available to as many of our employees as possible. In recognition of this commitment Steria was awarded the "2010 Employee Shareholding Grand Prix" by the French Federation of Employee Shareholders and Former Employees (FAS).
