• Experience with Windows Platform PC or Servers
• Knowledge with network, storage and system backup would be added advantage
• Troubleshooting skill, fault analysis and knowledge of reporting systems

Job Summary:

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Client IT Infrastructure.
• Provide level 1 support and able to communicate and escalate to next level support.
• Ensure maximum availability of Windows workstations and Servers in the data center.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for end-user IT-related problems
• Standby duty on rotational basis 
• Co-ordinate with external parties and vendors when necessary
• Assist with migration and re-configuration of hardware as required
• Arrange for pickup and delivery of faulty hardware when repaired off-site
• Install and set-up new hardware and software
