The arrival of Leo Apotheker and Laetitia Puyfaucher will strengthen Steria's supervisory board
Steria, a leading provider of IT services to the private and public sector, has announced the arrival of two new independent members to its supervisory board, Leo Apotheker and Laetitia Puyfaucher.
The appointments were approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting on the 15th of May, at which François Enaud was also reappointed the Group's General Manager.
Leo Apotheker is known throughout the IT services industry for his experience and knowledge. He has served most notably as the CEO of Hewlett-Packard, and SAP, where he stayed for almost 20 years. He currently sits on the supervisory board of Schneider Electric and on the board of directors of the NGO PlaNet Finance.
Laetitia Puyfaucher is the co-founder and chairwoman of WordAppeal, a global communications agency founded in 2000 that provides leading European groups with consultancy in interactive and editorial strategies. Ms. Puyfaucher is a graduate of HEC, the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
