TeamBank

When former Norisbank AG wanted to reposition itself as TeamBank in Germany, they asked Steria for support. A management programme was developed to coordinate the entire repositioning process and help TeamBank roll out their new bank branches, so called "easyCredit-Shops" , throughout Germany.
